Please join us in prayer for our local unit of the National Guard

Silas Creek Parkway National Guard
Unit 883rd Roster

Dear Friends:

Jorge Kosterlytzky is the General Manager of the Holiday Inn Express on Peters Creek Parkway. He is also a part of our Heavenview Church family. He recently informed me that you all are currently deployed in Afghanistan.

Thank you so much for the many sacrifices you have made to represent our nation through your service in the National Guard. Your dedication helps to preserve the way of life and the freedom of worship that we enjoy in our great country.

Please know that our entire Church family joins our community in expressing our profound appreciation for your commitment and loyalty. We are especially grateful for your willingness to leave the comforts of home and the companionship of family to accomplish the noble task of assisting the people of Afghanistan.

In a recent Heavenview service (pictured below), our Church Elders and our Church family took time to pray specifically for you and your families. Several in our church have committed to praying regularly for all of you until your safe return. We believe that Jesus Christ will hear our prayers and bless your lives through the power of His Holy Spirit. We pray sincerely that you and your families will experience the peace and comfort of God’s presence during your separation from each other. We bless each of you in the name of Jesus Christ… Amen!

Sincerely,
Rev. Harold Linder
Senior Pastor
